Newness

One of my new year's "aspirations", as you may remember, is to participate in 365 Project in order to practice my photography skills and hopefully get better at it. I found a great weekly theme calendar from the Digital Photography School blog that suggests a different them at the beginning of each week to give the photographer (me!) a little inspiration.

The theme for January 1-2 (since it's not a full week) is "newness." So I busted out my little camera at 8:00 p.m. last night and tried to find something that represented "newness." This is what I came up with:

I'd say that's pretty new.

This week's theme is "cold." I'm thinking I'll take a picture of my feet while sitting in my office.
